The problem is a drunk driving problem but its also an immigration problem. an illegal immigrant that shouldnt of even been in the country goes and gets drunk then kills an american. I dont know about anyone else but that sure sounds like an immigration problem to me

And who decides who shouldn't or should be in the country. I prefer the immigration policy that our founding fathers envisioned - anyone that seeks liberty can come to America. Give us your poor, hungry and huddled masses. In the end, it doesn't matter if this guy had his papers or not - he was drunk and killed someone....THAT is what matters....not that he was an immigrant.

@kubush I emphasize CUBA for the same reason i used the word spic. And yes i did get lucky and win that lotto. You do realize there are legal ways to get into our country. We are one of the most lenient countries when it comes to illegal aliens. pretty much every if not all countries.. have border laws. I wasnt being a troll to begin with. Hm, I wonder if you would wait 10 years to get permission to stay here legally. Renounce your citizenship and try to get it back legally. Using the excuse that, "well, everyone else is doing it" is a grade school argument. We need to streamline the process to get legal status in this country.

@kubush Yeah right, I'm not renouncing. Alright fine.. that wasn't the best excuse. But they are not doing any good for our country. All most are doing is bringing up our crime rate, living on welfare and what ever other free bs we give them. Not all, some are actually trying to better their lives im sure. but.. overall its not good for the country. Think about this we open our borders, mexican criminals will come over and be safe from mexican prosecution. that alone should be enough reason.
